SAM Splint Towel Covered Fracture Fixation Splint (Sam Soft Shell splint), unlike other splints, provides long-term use and eliminates negativities such as irritation and \/ or odour that may occur on the skin. It is a more economical, practical, light and safe splint type compared to existing materials. Soft Shell is radiolucent, washable and easily shaped, allowing different hardness levels to be applied. When opened, it is extremely soft and pliable. When formed into one of the 3 basic folds, it becomes exceptionally strong to support the injured, bruised and\/or fractured area..<\/p>\n
